Enable cheats Rating: Pending  
Go to the main menu then hit punch, senses, punch, senses, punch, punch, crouch, senses.

A sound effect will be heard if you did it correctly. Now hit punch, senses, punch, senses, punch, punch, senses, punch, punch. You should hear another sound. Now hit crouch. If you did it correctly all levels will become available from the main menu and a cheats option will appear when you pause the game.
