Go to Kakariko village, find all the cuccos and return them to the pen. Now talk to the lady next to the pen and she should hand you a bottle.

Instant Rupees Rating: Pending  
Go to the market from Hyrule Field. Now go to the house with pots. Break them with a Spin Attack and collect the rupees. Exit the door and come back in. The pots are back! You can get many rupees by doing this repeatedly.

More bottles Rating: Pending  
Go to lon lon ranch and play the cuccoo game with Talon. Put all the chickens in a corner or behind Talon before you start so it will be easier. Grab all three super chickens quickly and you will get a bottle full of milk from Talon.
