Say these words into the microphone on the mode select screen:

Say Brighton and Brighton waves.
Say Fly Guy and Fly Guys fly across the screen.
Say Cheep Cheep and Cheep Cheeps will fly out of the water.
Say Goomba and 2 goombas will run out.
Say Twila and Twila will hold her staff up to you.
