ok. this really works...

in the neighborhood view, type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

then go to your house that has a baby, and shift + left click on it, and go to *make selectable. you will no longer have the picture of the baby on the left hand side.

shift + click on the baby again, and do *make selectable, and you can now view the babies wants and needs.

you can also do this to control visitors.

once you hav entered the boolprop cheat in the neighborhood view, you can max out skills. just leftclick and drag over the skills you want/need. you can also do this for needs. ctrl + click on wants to get aspiration points.

shift + click on newspaper when getting a job to get the one you want.
