Extreme battle mode Rating: Pending  
Complete both of either character's scenarios, then go to the "Special" option. A new "Extreme battle mode" selection will be unlocked.

Shotgun or crossbow Rating: Pending  
When playing as Leon go to the gun shop with the man. He will almost shoot you. After he dies because of the zombies, kill them. Then go up to the dead man and press Action. You should get a shotgun. If playing as Claire you will get the crossbow.

Hint: Beat the greatest monsters Rating: Pending  
In the middle of fighting one of the hardest monsters, just run around for a few seconds. Then, while it is coming towards you at a great distance, fire repeatedly. When it gets close, run again. If you got attached, go button mash.(Rapidly pressing A,B,X, and Y) When it is off, you run as far as possible away, and go to inventory. Regain health in any way you can, and continue fighting, using these methods.

Hint: Knife strategies Rating: Pending  
There are very few strategies for the knife. It is useless to some people who are Resident Evil beginners. This is for all Resident Evil games. The knife is only useful to zombies and zombies only. It saves time, and bullets.


Strategies

1) You can strike at the feet. You may knock them down and hack them away until they die, or you could just run and have a chance to get away safely. I want to warn you though, I can not promise you that it will make you invincible. They may bite you. I suggest you get healed up before you use any of these methods.

2) You could try swinging or stabbing up towards their face. As a result, you will have a dead zombie. The knife will go right through their head and through their brain. You will be very lucky if this effects your battle mode as well. To regain heath just run around.

Hint: Survive bosses Rating: Pending  
To survive a boss, or a common massive animal, you have to be at a great distance. First, run as far away from the animal as possible. Then turn around and fire. Keep firing until you think it is too close to you. When it is, find a way to escape from his/her trap and run your distance again. Fire until neccesary, and repeat this method. This cheat will work in any Resident Evil games.
